Kathleen Nelson, R.N.  received her Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston Texas. She has practiced as a Registered Nurse for more than 35 years, most of which have been in the Operating Room. She is acutely aware of the OSHA Standards of Care and the need for sterile technique in order to avoid infection when performing invasive procedures. She has completed training as a Permanent Cosmetic Technician in a formal course of instruction designed by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. Kathleen is qualified to perform permanent cosmetic procedures involving scar camouflage, areola re-pigmentation, eyebrows, eyeliners, eyelash enhancement, lip liners, Lip Shapers™ and full lips.
